Other Things to Note:
The backyard and pool area are shared with the property owner, who resides next door. While the home is rented out, they won't be using these spaces, except occasionally to water plants. Although you probably won't encounter them, we want to inform you just in case.
For your safety and privacy, we have installed a 24/7 motion-activated Ring cam that records audio and video, focusing solely on the front door! Additionally, there's a surveillance camera in the backyard, recording only entrances, to ensure your security while maintaining your indoor privacy.
