Revelstoke - Villa 23 Cabot Peaks

Amenities: Private outdoor hot tub, private deck, heated floors, gear storage, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, close to ski hill.

Condo Layout: This unit is all one level and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower tubs. The master bedroom is a king bed with an ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has the option of a king, or two twins.

Parking: this unit has one designated parking spot in the underground parking garage. Guest parking is also available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please note, trailer and RV parking is strictly prohibited in the complex.

Bike & Gear Storage: There are two secure bike storage spots available. You will need to bring your own lock. We are not liable for lost or stolen items. Ski/board storage is available in a secured communal room in a private storage cage.

Welcome to Villa 23 Cabot Peaks, a beautiful, professionally designed condo located just minutes from Revelstoke Mountain Resort and downtown Revelstoke.
*Please note that as this unit is located in a multi-phase development, there is ongoing construction in the complex. This is limited to across the street, as well as some minor construction in the retail spaces on the main floor. If you have any questions please reach out to our local team. *

Modern Convenience

I stayed in this apartment complex before and dealt with construction noises and lack of infrastructure. However now with the complex nearing completion, this spot becomes an amazing option for those wishing to enjoy Revelstoke in a home away from home.

Good time in Revelstoke

Enjoyed our stay. Somehow I missed the selection of two twin beds for the second bedroom but otherwise, pretty smooth experience. Good location of condo, quiet and comfortable, as described.

Quick Revy getaway

Probably one of the best stays i’ve had skiing out west. This was part of an annual trip. Great location (<5 to hill) + hot tub had us sold. Listing was accurate.
