Keeping with the original semi studio floor plan, the residence has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a queen sized sofa bed. **Memory foam mattresses on both beds**
Equipped with brand new appliances including a washer/dryer and all the kitchen necessities you’ll need.

Centrally located in OKC’s urban core to the best restaurants, entertainment and for those in town on business.
Easy access right off of the highway, can be anywhere in OKC in 10-15 minutes.
Absolutely no form of smoking/vaping inside or through an open door/window.
Please keep pets off of the furniture.
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am. No guests outside of those on the booking. No smoking or vaping inside or through and open door/window. Keep pets off of beds and furniture. Do not leave pets unattended that are destructive or unruly. Do not use flushable disposable wipes.
