There were so many issues that were bad from cleanliness, mold smell, and broken equipment that we took pictures of everything. We left the property after 30 minutes. We called the property management service and called VRBO customer service to explain our concerns. VRBO told us to vacate immediately. We did. We found other accommodations the rest of the week. We received no acknowledgment from the rental company about or complaints. In fact they kept sending us messages that they”hoped we were enjoying our stay” not even acknowledging our complaints and that we were not there. The pictures were so different compared to what it looked like on line. Terrible experience with them and VRBO for little help.
