Spectacular, beachfront custom one level home with designer furnishings, located directly on one of the most beautiful white sand beaches in Exuma. We are also located in the middle of the Island making it convenient to travel in either direction,. Kitchenaid appliances, Glass enclosed tiled showers, Smart TV's with Netflix, board & card games, books and much more. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room & screened

Enjoy the large beachfront screened in porch for dinning and relaxing (rare in rental properties), sit out on our 12' x 45' covered deck or sunbath on our new tiled patio.. Swim right out front in the crystal clear turquoise waters of Exuma.

Exuma offers great fishing, snorkeling, and boating. Golf at Sandal's.Take a full day adventure to see the large iguana's, swimming pigs, and nurse sharks, along with a stop at the mile long sandbar with snorkeling in Thunder Ball Grotto.

There are 3 Kayaks with safety vests ( two 1 seat, one 2 seat ) boogie boards, skim boards, floats, noodles, beach chairs & umbrellas all included for your enjoyment at the house & on our beach only. Since COVID, we do not offer snorkeling equipment

We provide lots a amenities for you at your arrival, any additional replacement amenities can be purchased at the food store. There’s tea, sugars, salt & pepper, spices, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, & much more. All our bathrooms have hotel size amenities, full size Lever soap in showers, & hairdryers. As of February 1, 2022, we will have a Keurig coffee maker, so please bring your K-pods, they are expensive in Exuma.

Catch a direct flight to Georgetown, Exuma, from American through Miami, Silver through Fort Lauderdale, Delta through Atlanta, Bahama Air through Nassau, and Canada Air from Toronto

We allow a MAXIMUM of 6 quests (adults/children) in our house rental. Children 10-12 permitted with owners prior approval. Vrbo webpage restriction in our House Rules is minimum of 13 years old All guests staying in house must be registered by suppling Name & Birthdate.

Amazing stay 5*

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. Wendy made sure we had a smooth check-in. She also provided lots of valuable information about the island. Bahama Blue is a beautiful home. Well maintained and fully stocked with anything you may need to feel at home. We enjoyed bbq on the porch in the evenings and absolutely stunning beach right in front of our yard. Compared to other beaches on the island, this stretch is beautifully landscaped and feels very open. We honestly could not ask for more, it was perfect.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfection

This property is beautiful and has absolutely everything you would need/want. Rooms and beds are great, kitchen fully stocked with cooking items, dinnerware, appliances. Great spaces overall. Beach amenities like kayaks, boogie boards, floating devices, excellent beach chairs all available to use. The outdoor porch and living area have a grill and chairs for relaxing. Beach is a few steps away and is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend and hope to be back.

Paradise!

Wonderful beach house, loved the location, amenities and decor! Would absolutely recommend to any family member or friend. Definitely rent a car to have access to the island, restaurants and grocery stores. We loved your beautiful home!

Beautiful Property on the Caribbean in Exuma

This home is even better than the photos on the VRBO listing. It is right on the water and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay on Exuma. We tried most of Wendy's restaurant recommendations plus Cocoplum Beach Club, which has the best food on the island IMO. The day-long snorkel tour with AquaQuest wasn't awesome because there were just many more people than we expected on a small boat but it was a good way to see a lot of the islands and the crew was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

Amazing Exuma

A beautiful property set right on the most magnificent beach in the Exuma's! Super clean, great layout, great to kayak to the island across, go for walks, house it is in the center of the island so easy access to beaches in north and south and many restaurants! Highly Recommended, we spent 6 amazing days here!

Great news place to stay on Exuma

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar, Bahama Blue. Wonderful communication throughout booking and stay. Accommodate late check out to align with departing flight. Internet was great! No issues with four adults with smart phones plus streaming. Location is conveniently close to airport

Amazing week at Bahama Blue

We had such a great stay at bahama blue. The property is clean, stocked with the amenities you need, and the beds are comfortable. The beach is absolutely gorgeous in front of the house. The communication with the owners was good and she reached out to us making sure we had everything we needed. We fell in love with the exumas and will definitely be back.

Amazing!!!

On our very first trip to Exuma, 8 years ago, we stayed at Wendy's home. It is just as lovely today as it was then! Wendy was wonderful to communicate with, and Samatha, the house manager, greeted us when we arrived ready to answer any questions and show us around the house. The location is very convenient to the airport, restaurants, and shopping. Of course, the beach right in front of the house with the beautiful Exuma blue water is why we continue to come back year after year!!! I highly recommend Wendy's home and can't wait to return again!

The most beautiful house and island!

This property was exactly as it's advertised online - so many amazing things about this house. First and foremost, it was incredible convenient being a 5 minute drive from the airport (which you would forget about, as it was not noisy at all). Wendy and Sam were such great hosts, and were an incredible help to us while we were down there! The house itself was perfect for our family of 6, who likes cooking and enjoys slow beach days. I would highly recommend this house to anyone who is considering!

Week Getaway

The house is very well located and private. We liked that it is beachfront with a beautiful walking beach but not on the main road. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are plenty of lounging chairs both in sun and shade.

Great stay

Wendy was a sheer delight to work with!! Very accommodating! Very involved in our planning and answering questions. Provided a person at check in to show us the house and answer questions. House was clean. Up to date and very well stocked for us to cook a few of our own meals. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Beautiful Home

We have been to Exuma many times, but this was our first time staying at Bahama Blue. The house and location were beautiful. The house was fully stocked with all we needed to enjoy our trip. Internet was strong, water pressure (that has been a problem in some houses) was great, beds were comfy….overall a fabulous place inside and out!

50 steps to the beach

We spent 11 nights at this beautiful house right on the beach in Exuma. The easy access to the beach is awesome. We actually counted the steps from the porch to the beach! Only 50 steps and you are there. The house is very clean when they arrived, and the beds are comfortable. We used provided beach shares and umbrella on the beach, which made it comfortable for us all. The owner provided clear communication and provided a lot of information before we arrived. The property manager was kind and provided prompt response when needed. We have to mention the view, the view is beautiful from each window towards the beach. Most of time during our stay in June, we were alone on the beach. It was like having a private beach.🏖️ For future guest, we want to recommend visiting Jolly Hall beach, it is a gem with calm waters. We want to think the owners for our stay and we would love to come back once again.

Exuma July 4th week

Amazing view and house. Had everything we needed. The kayaks were a pkus with a ton of floats !! The property manager Samantha was great as a two beach chairs broke upon sitting on them but were replaced by others same day ! Wendy was great to communicate with! Only recommendation would be something to help sliding door going into screen porch open more easily as I think that is why on of the handles was half broken when arrived - Samantha was notified. We absolutely had a great time shared the link with many friends and would def come back!! Thanks so much for everything Wendy and Samantha !! We all truly have the Bahama Blues!!

Quiet Slice of Paradise!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bahama Blue! Wendy was very communicative and responsive before and during our stay. Samantha, the house manager was very welcoming, friendly and so helpful with anything that was needed. The house itself is BEAUTIFUL, well located, and very well appointed. It was very easy to find when driving from the airport. I appreciated that it was not directly on Queen’s Highway. This provided a more private feel. The beach in front of the home is soft white sand and beautiful blue ocean with two small islands approximately a mile off shore. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats provided to use at the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and we cooked most nights we were there. There is also a gas grill on the patio which worked well. The bed in the master was very comfortable, and the showers had good water pressure. There are a few other homes in the development, however we found it to still feel private and quiet. We would definitely return. It was a wonderful, relaxing getaway.

Great Stay at Bahama Blue

Was our 2nd time in Exuma. So we wanted to stay in a diff location. Very convenient - 5 minutes from airport. Gtown is 15/20 minute drive. Recommend renting to drive around/explore the island. Communication with Wendy and team was seamless. Had a few minor issues but everything was addressed in a timely manner. House very well kept, very clean, very organized, well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Screen porch nice to keep out flies. House in a small dev - Casa Del Mar - feels very safe. Has a shared Cabana overlooking ocean to sit out of the sun. Porch on water side is nice spot with Comfy furniture. Tiled terrace below porch has more furniture though not as comfortable. One suggestion would be to trim hedges between the house and the water to provide a little better view of the water while sitting on the porch. It does act as a good buffer for the wind/sand blowing up towards house, but trimming just a bit would make a big difference to see more water while seated. One note as you consider best location in exuma. House is on Jimmy Hill beach. Good beach with beautiful water, however is directly on ocean side so you get more wind and water is rougher. Pros and cons to this. Breeze is amazing, keeps things cool, keeps the flies away. We stayed last year at Tropic of Cancer which is a beautiful picturesque beach with very calm water but the flies were more noticeable. Overall a great stay though and would definitely recommend renting Bahama Blue from Wendy and her team! Thanks!

Perfect

The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beach was beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs and floats and even life jackets if you decide to take a kayak out. We rented a boat from Minns for 3 separate days. Definitely money well spent. Not a lot of great food options, but we made do. Santanas in little Exuma was worth the drive of about 50 minutes.
