The Sooner Resort on OU Campus

Other entertainment amenities include a built in Sonos speaker system, a 400+ beverage center, and a pellet ice maker. This home also provides indoor/outdoor living with fully retractable glass doors leading to the stunning backyard. Watch the game outside around the firepit  on the two 65" TVs or take a dip in the hot tub. Want something more active? Test your putting skills on the front greens.  Pets are allowed with a $150 nonrefundable deposit up to 2 pets. An additional $150 will be charged for a third pet. Limit of 3 pets.
The Space
This newly built home was designed with comfort in mind. The 4 bedroom layout allows for privacy and space.
The primary bedroom features a King size bed with a storage armoire, luggage rack, and mounted  65" TV. The spa-like primary bathroom has double sinks and a gorgeous walk-in shower. 
The second bedroom features a King size bed, a closet for storage, and a mounted 55" TV. 
The third bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top as well as a closet for storage. 
The fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top as well as a closet for storage.
The second additional bathroom has a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. 
The third additional bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
