Cozy and welcoming stay

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this house as it was inviting, and we were allowed to let our dogs run in the yard. We also thought the interior of the house was well designed, and we liked that the house had a washer and dryer, and a kitchen with a set of dishes, pots and pans. We would definetly stay again, and thank you!

Nice Cottage convenient to College and Air Force Base

We came to help our Son move. He was transferring to Whiteman Air Force base. It was very convient and really enjoyed the stay. Our poodle had room to play in the fenced yard. We will try to stay again if we come up to visit.

We enjoyed our warm welcome to this property! The house was so cozy and clean! We loved the backyard as our dog came with us for the weekend. Location was perfect for trips across town and walking distance to downtown. Highly recommend ☺️

Cozy Sweet House, Great Host

Hosts were fantastic, property was clean, very nicely decorated, cozy, and very comfortable with a great location relative to downtown restaurants, etc. Thoughtful snacks in the pantry and good coffee in the canister. The host was very accommodating when we had to change our plans at the last minute. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

We truly could not have asked for anything more! The property was a perfect fit for what we needed as far as location and the yard for the dogs. The house was beautifully decorated and extremely neat and clean. It was well stocked with anything we could have needed from toiletries, to kitchen supplies, and even snacks and coffee! Our host had excellent communication and made arrival and departure seamless and easy. 10/10 highly recommend anyone staying in the area to consider staying here! We will definitely be back.

An excellent choice

I've stayed in several different places in the past five years and this one was well-stocked for anything I needed. Coffee, snacks, condiments, and plenty of towels and extra bedding. Despite the arctic temperatures outside it was warm inside with no drafts by the doors or windows. The owner is great with communication, too. I gave this unit 5-star ratings across the board and they were well-earned. If I'm traveling to Warrensburg again I'm hoping this unit will be available because it's going to be my first choice.

UCM football weekend

We brought my mom and sister up to watch our son kick in his first UCM football game. We had a great stay and we stayed here before and we will stay here again. We love the location and the amenities and the dogs love the yard.

Fabulous Property!

This was our second time staying here. The house is clean, well stocked, and pet friendly! It is well decorated and feels like a home rather than a rental. The large yard is fenced and shaded. Our dogs love running around in it. Don’t hesitate to book here. You won’t regret it! We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Property with an Amazing Host!

This is without a doubt the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was clean and well-stocked with a prime location downtown. It’s a beautiful property and the photos honestly don’t do it justice. The large fenced yard was a huge bonus since we had our dog with us. Brandon was an amazing host and extremely responsive to my questions. All in all, this is the place to stay if you are in the Warrensburg area. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Experience in a Great Location

The owner has this streamlined and has thought of everything. I don't know how often I'll need to stay in Warrensburg (hadn't been since college in 1982 lol) but I definitely will try to book this again if and when I do. Quiet, clean, cozy and great controls for entry/exit and HVAC plus nice TVs with Roku to boot.

Property was great. We were in town for the weekend to watch my son in football camp at the college. Easy check-in and out, great communication with the host, and had plenty of room. House was perfect for us. Close to campus to where we could get back between scrimmage games to relax and use the WiFi to do work as well. Definitely would rent again when in the area

Great Home Away from Home

I stayed with my two doggos, and it was perfect for us! The little touches made the stay over the top - from the snacks in the cabinet to the cute little shampoos. The backyard was our favorite -- the dogs got to run around and have a great time. The location was wonderful too -- we were close enough to walk down to the farmers market (on Saturdays) and only a few minutes away from lovely walking trails and free dog parks. The owners were easy to contact and were kind and helpful with all needs. I would 100% recommend!

Our visit through Warrensburg

The place was great. We were able to get in right away. We came into town to visit family on our way through for family vacation. It was perfect with the 2 year olds as they were able to run around in the huge backyard. The inside was very clean and they go above and beyond for their guest all the way down to extra toothbrushes and toothpaste. They thought of everything, in case you forgot. We will stay again!
