Welcome to the Sunset Serenity Villa in Indio! This gorgeous new remodeled home is the perfect place for you and your guests to enjoy the desert lifestyle. Seize the day in the wonderful outdoor pool and spa! Walking distance to the Empire Polo Club.

The space
This stunning home is all newly remodeled inside and out. This home features a luxury saltwater pebble tec pool with tanning ledge and large sunken spa as the main attraction. The ultra-private cul de sac location, coupled with the mega mountain views is sure to give you a tranquil setting for any getaway.

The side dining area is the perfect spot for your friends and family to enjoy your prepared feast. Our front patio area also features a wooden table for boards games or cards, a customized bar to wet your whistle and some other outdoor games to keep you entertained.
Inside we have a relaxing living area with a Hisense Roku Smart TV as well as a fun shuffleboard table for gaming enthusiasts. Dine inside for a more formal get together or grab a seat at the breakfast bar for a quick snack. Our kitchen features everything you would need to enjoy a getaway with your closest friends, family or celebrating a special event. Our home has 4 bedrooms with luxury linens, Hisense Roku Smart TV’s and ceiling fans. Our two bathrooms feature dual vanities with custom walk-in shower and bath-tub shower combo. We have parking for 2 cars on the driveway and 2 additional cars on the street (visitor parking).

*HOUSE RULES*
1. No loud noise or music can be heard beyond the property line at ANY time. Music is allowed during the DAY as long as the music cannot be heard beyond the property line. (NO music during quiet hours). The booking guest is held responsible for all, and any citations or fines issued from the city of Indio caused from noise violations related to their reservation. Fines begin at $1000.
2. Quiet hours is from 9 PM - 8 AM Monday - Thursday and 10 PM - 8 AM Friday - Sunday. * NO music during quiet hours is allowed*
3. No Parties or Events are allowed.
4. No smoking on the interior of the property.
5. Booking age requirement is set at 21 years of age.
6. Maximum guest count of 12 guests on property at all times
7. By booking this property you are agreeing to the booking agreement and all house rules stated above.

*Please note that pool heat to 88 degrees and Spa heat to 103 degrees is an extra charge of $50/night and must be for the entire reservation for the months of October – March *
Guest access
The Guests will have full access to the property and all amenities the property has to offer.
Other things to note
Pool and Spa heat is available October - March for an extra charge of $50 /a day Pool temperatures to 86 degrees and Spa temperatures to 103. Please be advised Pool and Spa heat must be paid in full 48 hours before checking in as it takes time for the pool to heat to 86 degrees.
The pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.
