Guest have access to all parts of the home
EXCEPT ❌ the room to the right of the kitchen, and to the garage those areas contain the maintenance supplies for our support cleaners and maintenance vendors. 🧽 Those areas are inaccessible to guests, both are LOCKED 🔒 and if entered it will be an immediate REMOVAL from the property.
Other things to note
No parties. The city of San Diego has strict noise ordinances. If you ignore the local laws, house rules, or violate VRBO policy, we will cancel the remainder of your stay and you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. Any fines due to violation of local noise ordinances will be the responsibility of the guest.
