Hillside Terrance Retreat is a beautiful 4 bedroom, three bath, two story 1999 home located in Rogue Shores just outside of the city limits. Enjoy ocean views in this home nestled between the trees with RV parking and plenty of parking for autos. Not far from world-class Chinook and Coho salmon fishing.

The Space:
The main level offers an updated kitchen, a stainless sink, an electric range and oven, microwave, and new refrigerator. A HUGE island, marble eat-in bar countertops, tiled backsplash, and laminate wood floors. The main level also includes the main suite and one additional bedroom, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. A spiral staircase takes one down to the second level to find a second family room/kitchen, combo living space, and two additional bedrooms and a full bath including a second laundry. You are a short distance from the Pacific Ocean with its rocks, seashore, and sandy beach. Stroll to the beach, walk through the tidepools, or just relax and enjoy the fresh air that one can only get near the beach. The spacious backyard will allow you to bring your own games to calm all anxiety that may be brought to this tranquil retreat.

Transform any ordinary life into one that wants to travel back in time to a less stressful era. Enjoy games and reading a personally autographed book by one of the local authors. You will want to come back many times to this home away from home.

2024 Steelhead Trip

Very comfortable place to stay. Nice view of the ocean from the main floor living area. Beware of Google Maps dierctions as it took us a more challenging route and fell short by 1/4 mile. Once we looked at a map of the neighborhood, we found a much easier route.
