Ocean Reef is a unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex situated on the narrow part of Emerald Isle! Offering excellent ocean and sound views. Enjoy shuffleboard and a swimming pool with easy access via boardwalk to the beach. Feel the warm ocean breezes from your private porch or relax in your private whirlpool tub! 9B1 Ocean Reef is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo located on Level One. Private covered oceanfront deck with table and chairs.

Ground Level: Enclosed parking.

Level One: Oceanfront Living Area and Dining Area offers ocean views and lots of natural light. The open Kitchen/Bar area has a large working bar and Keurig coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. The Master Bedroom has King Bed and a private bath with Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed. One full bath is located in hall.

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made! (Weekly stays only)

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday only.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
