Beautifully decorated 4 bedrooms, 3-bathroom pool home just 5 minutes from Disney Parks!! 1 mile away from the New Margarita Resort. Located in the quiet community of Indian Creek which is 1/2 mile south of 192/Vine St in Kissimmee but still close to many shops and restaurants. This magnificent vacation rental features Quarts kitchen countertops, tile flooring throughout the home with laminate flooring in all bedrooms which consist 2 Master Bedrooms, 1 with a King Master bedroom with En-Suite Garden Spa Tub and 2nd bedroom queen bed and En-suite bathroom as well. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have 2 Twin Beds each. The home also includes Free High-Speed WIFI There are 5 wall-mounted smart TVs with Roku, Netflix, and YouTube. There is an XBOX with a few games as well as a Stereo with a CD Player and 2 DVD players. The large and fully equipped kitchen will have what you need to enjoy breakfast and meals. The large pool deck area is screened and enclosed as well as a covered lanai with added privacy as there is a privacy fence surrounding the back yard for you to relax and enjoy after a busy day at the parks. Private Pool - Games Room which includes Foosball and Air Hockey for a night of fun

Great Place & Location

This property is a great place to stay for families. It is well maintained and the pool area was really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and it's only minutes away from the parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

Perfect place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. It was the perfect size for all of us. The location was excellent. It never took more than 15 minutes to get to the parks. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Disney.

Great family property

The property was great for all seven of us we had 4 bedrooms with three bathrooms a large lounge area with a kitchen/ dining area off of it. The games room in the garage was a bonus for the boys ! We also loved the pool & area mainly as we had glorious weather so most mornings & evenings we spent outside by the pool. The accommodation is well equipped & we would highly recommended staying there. It is also very easy to get to the Disney parks if you have a car, also Walmart is close by if you wanted to get any shopping. Lisa the landlady is always easy to contact should you need to.

We had to be down there for cheer I wanted to make sure I had a secure and safe spot for my family and it was just that. They worked with me so I could afford it and managed it to where we could have it and it all worked out.. for both sides I enjoyed my stay and time

Definitely coming back!

Since the booking process Lisa was super professional, kind and very nice. Quick response and easy to talk with. The house is beautiful. Pics don't do any justice. It has everything we needed from the kitchen to the pool. Grocery stores are super close and parks 10- 20 min away. Subdivision is quiet and easy to get to it. No gates with codes or anything. Definitely looking forward to repeat the experience. Thank you Lisa!

Best Place Ever!!!

This place was beautiful, convenient, comfortable, and all-around an amazing place to stay. We had so much fun lounging around and enjoying the amenities that were offered. The only (small) complaint is the listing of a hot tub and grill. The hot tub is really just a large bathtub and the grill was a George Foreman grill. No big deal - it didn’t ruin our trip - just wasn’t super accurate is all. Stay here and you will be massively happy!!

Disappointed

Upon arrival late Friday night everything seemed ok. We noticed that night the pool had no water circualtion and had an oily slick on top.of the water with lots of bugs, leaves and dirt. I tried using the pool net to skim but the net had a hole. We called the property management which responded that the pool company had been out. Then the next day we had no air conditioning which required another phone call. We spent the day at Disney and received notice that the problem had been fixed due to the internet was out. The next night we noticed the thermostat was set remotely at 77 but had been set at 75 previously. We tried to lower to 75 but always was reset to 77. We did use the fan boxes provided at night which we needed. There were geckos in multiple rooms including the kitchen. We also noticed there was a distinct mildewy odor in the house from.the time we first walked in and everytime we came back to the house. The odor followed us home and lingered on our belongings. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and we bought our own ice. For the most part, my wife and I were gone most of the day at Disney and we ate out. We did not use any dishes or glasses and we did not cook in the kitchen. Overall, the house is nice but needs some major upkeep and cleanup both outside and inside We have stayed at multiple houses in Kissimmee over the years and never had this experience anywhere else. No house is perfect, but we would not book a reservation at this house again.

Wonderful family vacation

Property was as advertised. The owner Lisa was wonderful to deal with and very quick to answer my questions. The house was clean and roomy. We loved the pool. Air conditioning was controlled by Property management and was set warmer than we like but fans are provided and we were comfortable using those. We will use this vacation property again.

Great house

The property itself was very nice and clean, and owner was very responsive. Only down-side is the traffic in the area of the 192. Hardly the fault of the owner, but just be aware that getting in and out can at times take 10-15 minutes just getting through traffic lights due to how busy that area has become. Otherwise a great stay.

Great place!

We stayed here for AAU Volleyball Nationals in June. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The private pool and seating area by the pool was perfect. The owner was VERY responsive. One of the screens by the pool was ripped, I made the owner aware and it was fixed the next day. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home, closest community to disney

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Disney parks were 15-20mins away but add additional time if any 192 traffic at certain times of the day. Lyft costed between 15-25dollars to each disney park on the way and between 15-35 dollars on the way home if you left at the same time as parks close it was the dearest of those prices. (I tell you this as it was a main perk for booking such a close property!) The villa was big enough for us all with nice pool area. Outside could do with a bit of an update-paint etc when feasible. Inside was beautifully decorated, the air con was cool and the villa was clean and tidy. Like others have said the sofa could do with replacing, and it'd be a nice to to add some plastic wine glasses for pool side. The villa was well equipped. Blinds and windows could do with a replace at some point as bugs get into the front bedroom (although dead so fine to hoover up) and blinds have been very used by guests so have missing parts. We paid for pool heat but the timer that should come on at 10am (the gardener said) doesn't come on until 1pm. Check the switches haven't blown after storms which could leave your pool cold if you've not realised they trip after storms! This didn't hinder our trip massively so the host Lisa wasn't informed, management company were quick to come out to check the temperature and help us out. The road backs onto a main road into the community so could be a little noisy if you're used to countryside silence. The grassed area could do with more frequent cuts and being watered/weeded and seeded. The community was quiet and we had no problems that weren't fixed quickly with the host Lisa and the management company. The fridge isn't connected to the water supply- management informed us this caused flooding a while back so appreciate why it's been disconnected, but just to add this information for others. The pool gets the sun from morning until early afternoon, towards early evening it's over the side/front of the house so the pool area is in the shade. We enjoyed the garage ice hockey and made use of the prams available when we realised little ones couldn't keep up with the daily steps, that was an added bonus to have. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would if Lisa allowed come back again! Hope these top tips are helpful to others and to the owners as and when revamps are manageable to decide what to focus on first. An enjoyable stay, thank you Lisa!

Perfect Spot For Our Family

We've stayed at a lot of homes in the area over the years and this is one of the best! Backyard privacy was fantastic, the neighbourhood is wonderful, and the house is perfectly stocked. We would totally stay here again with our crew.

Great location, will be back!

The location is just great - would definately recommend for families coming by! The communication with the landlord/manager was great - Lisa was very helpful. Please do ensure you apply for pool heating before arrival at the time of booking, as the property managers would charge additional $$ to come in and turn it on/off for you. The only zonk is what other reviewers also mention -about the furniture being old, especially the couch in the living room.

Clean, but expect geckos

The host was nice and the house was very clean, but we encountered numerous geckos inside the house. Property management said FL law, which they didn't site, didn't permit them to kill the critters, so they wouldn't send anyone out and we should just look the doors. Though harmless, don't be surprised if you see a creeping crawler in the house.
