The house comprises three tastefully decorated bedrooms, each designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The master bedroom on the first floor features a queen bed, the two additional bedrooms are equally well-appointed, offering cozy retreats with plush bedding and ample storage space. A second stylish bathroom conveniently serves these bedrooms.

The terrace on the first floor offers an ideal spot for entertaining or simply enjoying the tropical breeze. Bbq grill and the private pool is surrounded by lush landscaping, creating a tranquil oasis for ultimate privacy and leisure.

Rooftop:
Ascend to the rooftop to discover a hidden gem – a spacious area for, yoga sessions, or intimate gatherings. Equipped with a table and chairs, it becomes the perfect spot for enjoying a morning coffee, a sunset cocktail, or a romantic dinner under the stars.

Additionally, this residential community offers a range of amenities such as secure gated access, lush green areas, and convenient parking spaces. Its location provides easy access to Tulum's renowned white sandy beaches, trendy restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and the ancient Mayan ruins.
Other things to note
● Your payment is managed by the platform, we do not get the payout until your reservations starts. Any doubts regarding payment please reach the platform.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
