Summary:
Welcome to our Robinhood Cottage. This 4-bedroom/2-bathroom home can comfortably sleep 12! If you seek a quiet, reliable getaway with easy access to the best of Savannah, look no further! Our house is in a residential neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, with easy access to major highways and interstate. Our photos include professional shots and real-time images taken by our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. We would love to host you!

The Space:
***NOTE: the dishwasher is broken and we are working to get it replaced.***
Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will enter into the living space. The living room is complete with a queen sleeper sofa and a large SmartTV. The living room is central to dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has ample counter space and all of the essential cookware/dinnerware is provided. This home has four bedrooms. The first bedroom has king bed, the second and third bedrooms each have one full-size bed, and the fourth bedroom has two full-size beds. There are two full bathrooms in this home. Both bathrooms have a shower/tub combination!
Don’t forget the fenced backyard with a huge screened in patio. This would be great place to relax and hang with family and friends. A charcoal grill is available for use!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a residential neighborhood with easy access to Highway 17.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Weekend Stay

Me and my friends booked this for a 2 night weekend trip. The booking process was very easy. The location was not horrible, but we wish it was slightly closer to downtown. When it was busy in town and we were going to get dinner sometimes it would take 25 minutes to get to downtown. The overall stay was great with no complications. We will definitely consider staying here again.

I Do Not Recommend This Property

I do not recommend this property. 1) It was filthy. Visible dirt, dust, and cob webs could be seen on the walls and vents. 2) It smelled bad. There was an odor in the home and in the backyard. Clearly the property manager was aware the home smelled bad because there were plug-in air fresheners everywhere. 3) The listing pictures mainly focus on the living and dining room area. The bedrooms and bathrooms look horrible. 4) The AC/HVAC does not work in the fireplace bedroom. Clearly the property manager knows this because there is a free standing fan in that “bedroom.” 5) Several things at the property were broken such as towel racks/bars, blinds, the dishwasher, and the smoke detectors (dead batteries). 6) The location is not nice. This home needs a deep cleaning, several cosmetic renovations, and AC in the fourth bedroom.
