The expansive master suite on the main includes a King bed and spa bath with soaking tub and large walk-in shower with tile panels, quartz double vanity and large walk-in closet! There is a guest room on the main with a Queen bed, and an ensuite bath, a convenient half bath is located in the hallway, which also includes a large laundry room with access to the garage outfitted with a Ping Pong Table, and plenty of beach toys!

The gourmet kitchen will please the most discerning chefs, with professional grade appliances, including a 6-burner gas cooktop with griddle, custom cypress ventahood, oversized island with granite counters, outfitted with everything you should need to make a light lunch or a 5-course gourmet meal. The kitchen opens to both the dining room and the expansive living area. Reconnect and relax with your family/friends in the large living area with ample seating, or watch the 75" Tv (one of 8 Tv's). Open up the living room wall to the outside deck by sliding the large sliding glass doors, and enjoy the outside lounge area, gas grill (convenient to the kitchen) and the exterior table overlooking the inviting pool. NOTE: Pool Heating during Oct-Mar is $50 per day.

This amazing beach house continues upstairs to the kid's lounge and snack bar with microwave and mini fridge. The kid's lounge includes a large Tv, bean bag chairs, family games and a couch. The custom bunk room includes two (2) Queen beds, and two (2) XL Twin Bunks, two (2) Tv's, ensuite bath, and ample room for the kids to enjoy. There is also a large guest room with a King bed and ensuite bath, plus large walk-in closet!

Located just minutes to the beach, whether it is the glistening white sugar sands and the emerald waters, or the beautiful afternoon sunsets you enjoy, this magnificent home is close enough in proximity to the beach that you can enjoy it as often as you like. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests shall be required to sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest as well as provide a valid government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport, for verification of age and identity. This home offers a golf cart, the guest shall sign a Golf Cart addendum and the minimum age to drive is 21 with a valid driver's license. No Exceptions.
