The gourmet kitchen will please the most discerning chefs, with professional grade appliances, including a 6-burner gas cooktop with griddle, custom cypress ventahood, oversized island with granite counters, outfitted with everything you should need to make a light lunch or a 5-course gourmet meal. The kitchen opens to both the dining room and the expansive living area. Reconnect and relax with your family/friends in the large living area with ample seating, or watch the 75" Tv (one of 8 Tv's). Open up the living room wall to the outside deck by sliding the large sliding glass doors, and enjoy the outside lounge area, gas grill (convenient to the kitchen) and the exterior table overlooking the inviting pool.

This home offers a golf cart, the guest shall sign a Golf Cart addendum and the minimum age to drive is 21 with a valid driver's license. No Exceptions.
