Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called ''The Point''. This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only minutes from shopping and restaurants, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area and courtyard grills. Wooden walkways for easy beach access. Elevators (8 stair steps up to reach elevators) are available.

A-305 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Third Floor condo located in the Oceanfront Building A. The condo has views from the covered balcony located off the Living Room with TV. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds. Kitchen has an Oven, Refrigerator, Microwave & Dishwasher. This condo is equipped with high-speed internet for your convenience!

Linens & Towels Provided for weekly stays only.

No Smoking. No Pets.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Trailers are not allowed.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
