I chose to build the Santa Cruz and Surf City Villas in this neighborhood because it epitomizes the ideal setting for an unforgettable retreat. Positioned at the epicenter of Santa Cruz's lively atmosphere, the property ensures a seamless, flat walk to Main Beach, The Boardwalk, The Santa Cruz Wharf, and an array of enticing restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. The neighborhood buzzes with energy, capturing the essence of Santa Cruz life. What I find most appealing about this locale is the exhilarating experience of embarking on a run along West Cliff Drive, where the mesmerizing ocean views and invigorating sea breeze create a picturesque backdrop for outdoor activities. To complement this, my preferred coffee haunt, Shrine Coffee, adds an extra layer of delight to my routine, making this vibrant neighborhood the perfect canvas for crafting these exceptional villas.

The convenience of walking to the world-famous Santa Cruz Boardwalk, featuring mini-golf, rollercoasters, bowling, and an arcade, adds an extra layer of excitement for guests of all ages. The summertime trolley, with a stop right outside the front door, provides easy access to downtown Santa Cruz.
