MOST IMPORTANT RULES:
- 6 parking spots. DO NOT park on the grass or on the street.
- Pet fee $150 per stay. Two pets maximum.
- NO STUDENT/ DISRUPTIVE PARTIES. NO EVENTS ALLOWED
- In the event of undisclosed pet(s) and/ or gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund
- No smoking
- No illegal substances nor activities allowed on the property.
- No noise after 10PM.

We have exterior cameras that may be used for security and/or to monitor that our policies/ house rules are adhered to.
