Good host but a bad property may be an issue with property manager

We were very excited to spend a vacation in Colorado but the property was in extremely poor condition with non functioning dishwasher , grill and an unclean living area. Bedrooms were well made but the quality of cleaning for everything else was terrible including the dishes with a lot of dust on them.
