The Space:
This bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provides all you will need for a comfortable stay in Breck. The condo is located on the fourth floor of the building with an elevator providing easy access to the home, there is no need to worry about climbing the stairs with your luggage! A private ski locker offers additional space to store your outdoor gear in a hassle-free way. When you enter the home you will step into a tiled entryway that opens up to the fully-equipped kitchen where the chef in your group will find all the basic cookware needed to prepare a meal, including a crockpot perfect for comfort food meals to enjoy after a day of skiing. A kitchen bar with 3 bar stools provides a comfortable spot to grab a snack and serves as a convenient bridge between the kitchen and dining room. Pass hot dishes across the kitchen bar to enjoy at the dining table where you will find seating for 4 providing enough space for your group to enjoy meals together.
On the other side of the kitchen, you will find a large living room, you won’t find a spacious living room like this in other condos! Step into the living room where plush carpeting, cozy furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace await you. This large space features 2 lounge areas providing ample room for your group to spread out and relax, or enjoy some game night fun with one of the games found in the hutch. The first part of the living room is outfitted with a large L-shaped leather couch, a reclining chair, a charming red brick hearth with a fireplace, and a mounted TV creating a cozy ambiance for relaxing nights unwinding at home. Each of the cozy bedrooms boasts king-size beds, warm wood panel walls, soft carpeting, and large windows framing lovely mountain views. The master bedroom features a plush bed with matching nightstands and lamps on either side, a mounted TV, and a closet. Enjoy some reading before bed, watch a show on the mounted TV, or freshen up in the en suite bathroom, this room has it all. The master bathroom is a beautifully updated space that includes a white marble single-sink vanity, lovely tile, and a spacious step-in shower.
Adjacent to the master bedroom is the guest bedroom, offering a similar set-up to the master bedroom it is a comfortable space to relax and recharge. The intimate bedroom features a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, mountain views, a mounted TV, and a closet. Conveniently located across the hallway from the 2 bedrooms is a full bathroom for shared use. The bathroom is an updated space with a single-sink vanity with white marble countertops, bright white tile, and a bathtub/shower combo. This condo is the perfect home away from home for those looking to explore all Breckenridge has to offer!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, a private ski locker, as well as one parking spot in the heated underground shared parking garage. Guests will also have access to the shared hot tub and pool.

This centrally located condo places you near the best Breckenridge has to offer placing you less than a mile to the heart of downtown Breckenridge and to the nearest ski lift, Snowflake Lift. Take a stroll through the historic downtown and discover local markets, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Enjoy a walk along the Blue River Recreation path that runs parallel to the shops and restaurants of Main Street. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. Endless opportunities for mountain and outdoor adventures are within a few minutes of this condo – in the winter enjoy the 5 peaks and 187 trails at Breckenridge Ski Resort and in the summer hit the 100s of miles of hiking trails in the area. Getting Around:
From the condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions in the area -- you can be out on the slopes or wandering downtown in mere minutes! Downtown Breck is within a 10-minute walk from this charming condo and Snowflake lift is only a 8-minute walk away and will take you to your favorite ski resorts and the best ski runs in all of Breckenridge. The Breck FREE ride bus is a convenient option with the Pine Ridge bus stop on the Gray Route only a short 3-minute walk from the condo. The FREE Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please also note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
