We are committed to protecting our property, which is why we've partnered with 'Know Your Guest' by Superhog: the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. So, before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through 'Know Your Guest'. **IF YOU ARE STAYING HERE FOR WORK**
- Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either.
- A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if flooring is coal/ dirt stained and require treatment. This includes communal areas.
- No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines.
- Please be advised that there will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
-To help prevent staining, dark laundry sets are available. Please notify us when booking if you require dark laundry for your stay. Also, please note that any late requests for dark laundry may incur a change-over fee.
Please note, a fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Sometimes, due to safety concerns or maintenance issues, the strata (building managers) may need to close building amenities at short notice. No refunds or discounts will be issued for situations beyond our control.

ENTRANCE
There are two entrance options to the building that you can use. Once inside, you will need to walk up the two flights of stairs to get to the suite. Once inside you are welcomed with a modern, yet rustic renovated suite. You will find a shoe rack and coat hook immediately to your right.
OPEN PLAN LIVING
The open plan living gives space to this cozy downtown suite.
The kitchen is fully equipped with apartment sized appliances and all the small appliances to make it feel like home. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee beans for you to use during your stay. Within the kitchen area is a lovely sized island with seating for two people.
The lounge area is a comfortable space with plenty of seating, large smart TV, and a gas stove for the suite's heating. This is the perfect place to relax in after a busy day in Fernie.
The bathroom has a lovely large walk-in shower. We supply hotel quality towels and locally made hand soap and body wash/shampoo for you to use during your stay.
Behind a dividing wall you will find the welcoming queen bed with side tables and wardrobe. The window has blackout blinds to help with reducing the light during the summer months. Please note, the loft area is currently out of bounds and is not listed as an amenity.
This unit overlooks the parking lot, and beyond you get wonderful views of the Lizard mountain range. Since this unit is in Downtown, please expect some local noise throughout the day and into the evenings. Fernie isn't a party town but during peak season there are definitely more people in the bars which are down the other end of the highstreet.
