You can't get any closer to the Gulf or beach than this! Take in gorgeous views of the ocean and beach from this condo's screened-in porch, accessible both from the main bedroom and sunny living room. Central air conditioning will help keep everyone cool inside. Custom boat-themed bunkbeds lie off of the main bedroom for younger guests to enjoy (the perfect size for toddlers!) with an easy connection to the main bedroom. Enjoy cooking in a full kitchen with granite counters (also in the bathroom!), custom wood cabinetry, a breakfast bar for two, and plenty of kitchen equipment. You'll adore staying in this sunny, colorful stop by the beach.
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests shall be required to sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest as well as provide a valid government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport, for verification of age and identity. If the home allows pets and/or has a golf cart, the guest will be required to sign an addendum to the Guest Rental Agreement. Pet Fee is $250 and non-refundable for units allowing pets.
