Very very clean and nicely updated. Really appreciated the washer/dryer. The only negative is because the house is so old and because it’s on a corner, you can hear all “traffic” from outside. I would stay here again though!
This is nice, clean place. The floor plan, decor, and dedicated parking spot are great, but the furniture (couch and singular chair in the living room mattresses in the bedrooms) were uncomfortable, even just for a couple of days. That said, the location is good and it's a short-term rental, so no big deal.
My family and I needed a place for one night while in town and this was perfect. Corner lot with plenty of parking. Neighbors were a little noisy, but overall it was just what we needed for a short stay.
Property is very clean & looks recently redone. Everyone feels new. That said, it’s on a corner and there is a lot of car/bus noise at all hours. The living room could use a bit more furniture for a comfy feel. Overall, it’s a good stay and there is off street parking.
Purcell’s Place was perfect for our sisters weekend! The house was clean and beautifully appointed. It is an older home with great character that has been completely remodeled. If we ever go to Cincinnati again - this is where we would stay!
Thank you so much!
There were 3 of us in our group. Purcell's Place was perfect for our 1-night stay in Cincinnati. Beautiful inside. We appreciated the washer & dryer. Deuce was great at communicating with us!! We got to the house late, 10 pm, and I made the mistake of parking in the driveway of the next-door neighbor's house, my bad. The car was moved quickly after finding out. The driveway for this house is in the back, on the side street around the corner. Looking back at my info, Deuce did say parking in the back. I really appreciated Deuce's understanding about my error.
Perfect location for our weekend trip. Wedding and Aquarium adventures in Newport, quick 10 minute drive. ALSO this is the cleanest vrbo we've ever seen! Would definitely use again😊
Came here with family to see a Reds game and go to the zoo. The location was perfect, only 10 mins from the park and 15 mins from the zoo. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. Would definitely stay here again!
This was the perfect house for a weekend stay for me and my family. The house does have front and back ring cameras which made me feel safe. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. All bedrooms and restrooms are upstairs. A perk for me is that in all the bedrooms it had small fans. Even though they were not needed it was a nice to have them there. Bathrooms also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash if needed. Lots of towels and extra stock for toilet paper too. Deuce really thought about everything and anything we might need and more. My family and I would definitely be happy to stay there again.
Very nicely done. All basic needs met. Could have more TV selection, had trouble watching March basketball. Highly recommend for family who needs multiple bedrooms. Great nightly pricing. Note: all bathrooms upstairs.
Deuce has a great place to stay. The neighborhood is charming and has that character from a time when kids played in the street at night. Deuce also knocked it out of the park with a dinner recommendation to the Incline Public house with a spectacular view; one of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at. The house was clean and tidy and there is nothing else we could have wanted. We will definitely stay here on our next trip through Cincinnati, thanks Deuce!
