We are located on the Third Green of the Palm Valley Country Club Challenge Golf Course overlooking gorgeous lakes, dancing water fountains and beautifully maintained grounds. No tee-box noise! The single-story Palm floor plan offers an open and spacious 1549 sq. ft. of usable living and entertaining space. Our two bedroom, two bath, gated, single-story condo home has all the amenities, and everything is included from new bedding and linens to Cable TV to Wireless Internet. Our spacious home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, elegant dining room and airy living room with wet bar, comfortable family room, and two inviting bedrooms with baths. The laundry room contains a full size washer and dryer with new linens, bath towels, and pool towels.

What makes this property unique
Start your morning with a cup of coffee and orange juice on the back patio overlooking the third green, bathed in morning sunshine. Then take a morning walk or three-speed cruiser bike ride around the gated neighborhood, or head out to play some golf or tennis. Dine in or dine out - your choice!
