There is one large living/bedroom area with a picture window, offset by a foyer from the kitchenette and bathroom. Private patio, surrounded by yard with a beautiful view to the forested hillside on the opposite side of the creek. On a private road nestled in to an oak grove, the space is truly an oasis, just 0.5-mile from downtown.
