We stayed with our adult children. The home and location are stunning. Having to bring basic kitchen cooking items and picking up/dropping off the keys in Capitol were somewhat inconvenient. Note, the bunk beds are smaller than singles and suitable for children, not adults. Overall, our family had a wonderful get away.
Great location, comfortable beds, cozy home with great beach access and views! We only left to get groceries and stayed at the beach or great home for 4 days. Family of 8 with 4 kids under 8 and 4 adults. Recommend highly
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. For our work retreat, we made full use of the kitchen and cooked as a team building exercise. House is beautiful. Unfortunately, the renters next to us on the right thought they owned the beach. They hoarded any available beach chairs and cordoned off the fire pits even when they weren’t using them so that we couldn’t. I think for the price we’re paying for this property management should have somebody stopping in once a day to prevent inconsiderate behavior like this.
Unforgettable experience. The house was expertly finished from the bedrooms to the kitchen. Super clean. Right on the perfect strip of beach.
The only recommendation is to make check out a little later. 10am was tough with two little ones. But we made it and would absolutely come back.
The property was exactly what we wanted - beachfront and easy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect and the view and beach were incredible.
The only downside was having to check-in and drop-off in Capitola. The traffic was terrible and the added time spent getting the key was time that could have been spent at the beach!
Our stay was great at this quaint beach condo. It's a comfortable, low-key property and our family really enjoyed our time in the area. Kendall and Potter were excellent managers from reservation to check out!

Great beach front property!
We loved our time here. The kids loved having such easy access to the sand and we loved sitting on the balcony watching dolphins and sunsets.

Amazing view, the waves splash right under the window.
The kitchen was very tight and hard to work in. The layout was not good. The stove was slow and the kettle needed to be bigger. We had a smoke detector go off in the middle of the night downstairs that was defective and difficult to turn off. If your customers are older with bad knees there are a lot of stairs and the mid-level had no bathroom so you have to climb stairs to go to the bathrooms, bedrooms and to the beach and car.

We all had a great time!
Best part of our stay....
Location. Location. Location.
Staircase was only separation between us and beach. No need to tote supplies to and from beach, because if we needed anything, we just walked up to our condo. At night, we used fire ring and had a bonfire with s'mores.
Condo itself was good...in need of upgrading, here and there, but overall, nice. 3 stories got a bit old for us, but kids enjoyed playing on and going up and down the sraircases.
We'd stay there again, for sure.

dirty and in need of updating especially for rental price
Arrived and had to buy a broom to sweep all the sand under the runner in dining area. Deck not swept off. Two of the brown woven chairs had broken straps and were crap. Bought 3 coffee mugs as the small demi-tasse mugs didn't cut it. Cheerios and debris under chair and couch. Internet went out and then back on and after that my 1 year old IPad froze up and stopped (and still isn't) working. I dont expect to have to clean upon arrival.
I paid a lot of money for off season and really disappointed in quality of rental. Update, update, update!

Sister trip
My sisters and I took a little vacation. We had plenty of room. I could hear the surf even with the doors closed. The beds were amazing.
The rental staff was so helpful. A big shout out to Summer! She was super!
I would definitely stay here again.
