A Must-Use Rental Home

The is home was absolutely amazing and more than we could’ve hoped for for our girls trip. The style and furniture and fixtures are stunning! The backyard pool area is truly an oasis right outside the door. It’s simple and beautiful! You must stay here with the King sized beds, incredible master suite, and fantastic location!

Fantastic Find in Old Town!

This home was so welcoming for our weekend getaway with girlfriends!! Everything from the front porch swing to the pool! Perfect for 6 people - lots of room for all, big bathrooms and great kitchen/dining for meals and drinks!! The pool is huge and has great lounging areas in the shallow and deep end - and plenty of room for floating too! We will be back!

Great place near Old Town Scottsdale

The home was clean & we loved the layout. I brought a beach towel for the pool but they had very nice towels specifically for the pool. Loved there was a garage refrigerator! It was nice to have great restaurants that are walkable too. I’d definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, SUPER clean, huge pool!

Perfect location - walking distance to coffee, bars, and some great restaurants! House was perfect! Super clean, completely new, nice furniture, comfortable beds, etc. we opted for pool heat and the outside space is extremely nice! Will rent here again!

Our reservation for this property was cancelled by Agave Dreams (the property manager) five days before our scheduled date: apparently the property had been sold. They offered us a non-comprable property (older, outskirts of town, less bathrooms) which we declined as it did not meet our group's needs. Expedia left us scrambling to find other accommodations less than a week before we were scheduled to arrive at our destination! Then we had to reach out to Expedia, as they were not going to give us a full refund at first, even though THEY had canceled on US! (Terrible experience; very stressful.)

Spring training getaway

The location is great to be walking distance to old town Scottsdale and SF Giants spring training stadium. The property looks just like the photos, very clean, modern, and family friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home. We loved the outdoor space with the pool, lounge set, and tv. We spent a lot of time outside when we weren’t at the spring training games. There were not many down sides to the property; the bath towels were sparse and there weren’t any pool towels so we had to use bath towels for pool towels and do some laundry (they did have laundry pods which was a big plus), the master bathroom is SO beautiful but the floor is marble so is extremely slippery when wet and there was just one small bath mat given so we had to do make-shift bath mats out of the towels for after the shower. There was also a big miscommunication prior to check-in and we were told there was a crib for our baby but there wasn’t, so we were left scrambling for a crib unexpectedly. I feel that since we were given that info that there was a crib, the property manager or owner should have provided one via a rental or had one dropped off as a solution; instead we had to go buy one and return it prior to us departing. The door keyless entry was kind of wonky too and didn’t work a few times of us trying to enter the property, the keypad would “click” and make the noise as if it were unlocking but didn’t actually unlock.
