Welcome to Awarehouse Loft a condo that extends across the entire front of the second floor, directly above Outlook Clothing Store in the picture.

Converted from a historic brick warehouse the condo boasts red brick side walls with historic wood and sash windows. Awarehouse loft at 811 square feet was carved from a unique warehouse space with a separate ground level bedroom and is more spacious than the majority of lofts/condos in the historic downtown area.

The space

Located on the second floor, accessed by elevator or stairs, the condo has floor to ceiling windows and a14 feet high ceiling which create a lovely ambience. There is an ever changing view of the lively street activities below. The south exposure floods the loft with light, but also lets in street noise from people accessing restaurants, pubs, nightclubs as well as occasionally from construction as heritage buildings are renovated. This is a downtown neighbourhood, high walkability, in the heart of Victoria’s most frequented tourist sites.

- A roomy bright open space making cooking and entertaining a pleasure.
- Well furnished kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, coffee grinder, coffee makers, blender, food processor, toaster and many of the comforts of home.
- Staples for cleaning, cooking, salt, pepper, multiple spices, coffee, tea, sugar and more.
- The dining area comfortably seats four. Two can perch at the bar counter.
- Four leather lounge/reclining chairs, two swivel
- 55' Ultra High-Definition TV with Personal Video Recorder. High-speed WIFI is included in the rental
- Possibly the only loft in the Leiser Building with a king-sized bed in an enclosed ground level bedroom next to the bathroom
- A coat closet and large wardrobe in the bedroom.
- A washer and dryer with laundry soap, iron & ironing board.
- A bathtub/shower and heated towel rack.
- Rental price is all inclusive, high-speed internet access, high-definition television with HD cable connections, all electricity and heating charges, sheets, towels, liquid soaps
- A shared rooftop patio with seating and tables offering terrific sunsets & waterfront views of Victoria’s skyline
- Marvellous location, very walkable to the waterfront, whale tours, Victoria’s busy inner harbour, Royal BC Museum. Parliament Buildings, old town architecture, funky & fancy restaurants, nightclubs & shops, sightseeing, and close to pick up locations for a trip to The Butchart Gardens

Victoria is a charming city with lots of activities, great places to explore, fabulous dining and great restaurants. Awarehouse Loft is a non-smoking space for couples, singles, and snowbirds who enjoy a comfortable self-catering holiday. We are sorry but no pets are permitted. Whether you are in town for one month or more, there is always lots to see and do in our lovely Provincial Capital. Most tourist sites & groceries are an easy walk from the condo making a car unnecessary.

Other things to note

Awarehouse Loft is in the heart of downtown Victoria, a car is not necessary to enjoy the city. Virtually all tourist sites are easy walking from Awarehouse Loft.

THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE AT THE CONDO, if a car is needed frequently during your stay you probably need to rent a parking space. If you come without a car then there are car sharing options available with vehicles in the parking structure across the street from the condo.
