Nice house, close to Santa Rosa

The place was well kept, with a nice backyard and hot tub. Gary was a very receptive host, who supplied a lot of info on wineries and places to eat. He was quick to reply to messages. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from downtown Santa Rosa. Would stay here again!

Amazing property & host for a Sonoma County family stay!

We traveled to Santa Rosa for a family wedding in Sonoma County and needed a base of operations for just over a week. This property was exactly what we needed—a safe (albeit somewhat "high-density housing") neighborhood, with plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably, space for me to work while the family played, and a well-appointed kitchen we could use to keep from having to dine out for every meal. The host was amazing from start to finish! Ample & open communication leading up to our stay, and then very accommodating with information once we were checked in. And just a note on the neighborhood. While the neighborhood was definitely along the high-density housing lines, we had ample parking during our stay...and plenty of privacy, too. Overall, an amazing property in a great location in a beautiful part of a beautiful state.

From the Midwest. Moved to Cali, moved back to the Midwest for work. Nice people, but the winter sucks (I'm in MN right now). Working my way back to CA. Living here in the winter, renting the place out the rest of the year.

Why they chose this property

I picked Santa Rosa because it's the largest town in the area and has the most stuff to do.
I picked this neighborhood because it's close to town, and has easy access to restaurants, breweries, and 101.

What makes this property unique

Quaint little house and it's near everything.
