Located by Pappajohn Sculpture Park and countless bars, restaurants, and breweries, this is an unbeatable destination for relaxation and rejuvenation.
We are here 7 days a week to make your stay a 5 star experience!
Explore the heart of Des Moines! From art galleries to dining spots, enjoy urban experiences just steps away. You'll be surrounded by the vibrant energy of downtown. TeeHee's Comedy Club is located right across the street. Exile Brewery is a block away. The Walnut and so many more options within a few blocks!
You will have access to the entire building and all amenities.
Make sure to take your key fob to access the elevators.
Fitness Center open 24/7.
Plenty of paid street parking available.
Street Parking: Free parking after 6:00PM Monday – Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday.
PAID PARKING behind the building is available upon request.
Most everything is a short walk or Uber ride away.
