Apartment on the second floor, WII-FI, air conditioning in all environments, apartment facing the pool, with 2 balconies, one with barbecue, screen protection on the balconies and windows, for safety of our small, mosquito screens in all windows; window glass folding on the balcony to ensure the barbecue even on rainy days, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), 2 private covered parking spaces, 1 kiddie pool and 1 adult; (2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with two beds attached, and can transform into king bed. The region in which the property is situated is eminently residential. Gigantic leisure area for children in front of the building, plus a special space for your pet; a Minimercado near the property, sushi bar, restaurant in kilo and 2 ice cream shops. The site is served by urban public transport (bus). Beautiful landscape of hills covered with native forest.7 people counting kids and babies

Apartamento bem amplo e completo. Me senti quase em casa. A proprietária é super atenciosa e bas tanto receptiva. A localização é ótima e tem mercado próximo... gostei muito. A única observação que faço, é referente a acústica do prédio, que é muito sensível. É preciso ser bastante discreto e silencioso para não incomodar os vizinhos... Mas no restante tudo muito bom

Hermoso departamento en una linda zona a 300 mts de la playa más linda de Floripa. Muy cómodo con todo lo que hace falta para pasar unas hermosas vacaciones. El complejo tiene una pileta muy linda con lugar para niños

Cerca de la playa, ubicación privilegiada. Apartamento perfectamente equipado y personal muy atento. Joelma una genia! Igual que la propietaria muy atenta. Solamente las reglas de convivencia del lugar son un poco exageradas para ir con niños y mascotas. Los perros ladran un minuto y los niños juegan en la pileta y en seguida la administradora se queja. El lugar es excelente. Volvería sin mascotas.

Este imóvel é incrível!

O apartamento limpo e silencioso. Está totalmente equipado e muito bem decorado e tem uma piscina espetacular no térreo. Gestão e segurança/administração do edifício é muito eficiente. O apartamento está a uma curta caminhada de muitos restaurantes, bares e lojas. A praia é linda e a região super agradável.Eu literalmente não tenho nada de negativo a dizer sobre este lugar. Sem falar que a Roseli é uma administradora sensacional e nos fez se sentir em casa. Eu definitivamente recomendo este lugar! Eu planejo ficar neste mesmo imóvel em oportunidades futuras.

O apartamento é lindo. Além de muito limpo. Tivemos 5 dias muito agradaveis e confortaveis. O apartamento é bem grande, tem tudo o que precisa, principalmente na cozinha. Realmente nós sentimos em casa, e concerteza voltaremos e indicaremos. Obrigada Roseli e a Joelma pela hospitalidade. Até breve.

o apartamento é otimo, muito confortável, local de bom acesso, com tudo perto, a recepção não podia ser melhor muito atenciosos e prestativos, joelma um doce, e a roseli proprietária então nem se fala, muito seguro, piscina limpa, sem contar que o apartamento tem tudo, toalhas, roupa de cama, não precisa levar o que é otimo. vale a pena recomendo.

Ap muito confortável, bem decorado, com todos os acessórios de cozinha necessários, também foi disponibilizado roupas de cama e banho, sem nenhum custo adicional. A proprietária é um amor de pessoa, sempre preocupando com nosso bem estar. Fomos recepcionados pela Joelma, que zela pelo prédio, que também foi muito atenciosa.
