SeaSpray 225 is a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath, Oceanview Condo.

Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Double/Double Bunk Set. Kitchen Area includes microwave and dishwasher.

Additional Amenities: 2 Flat Screen TVs with Cable, DVD Player. Central Air/Heat. Covered Deck.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation comes with a 2 car Max parking limit. Pick up your parking passes at your check in office.

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly rentals allowed with a 3-night minimum stay (last minute and off-season only).

No Smoking. No Pets.

Boat/Trailer parking is not permitted at the condo complex.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
