Ground Level: Queen Bedroom with private patio access to the beach, full bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed and Twin Bunk set. Level One: Living Area with a Flat Screen Color Cable TV. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave & dishwasher, 1/2 bathroom. There is a Covered Deck with furniture off living on this level. Level Two: Bedroom with King bed, private deck with furniture and ocean views! Bedroom with Queen Bed & Twin Bunk Set (in same room). Shared Bath.

No Smoking in or on property, Pets Allowed (up to two small or medium dogs stay free, no large dogs, no cats).

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes (2 cars max). Sound of the Sea does not have overflow parking. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***

Reminder: The small complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!
