Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members in your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only!
New to Summer Winds, High Speed Wireless Internet and Heated Indoor Saltwater Pool!! (This is Wireless Only, Not including Wired Access!)

Ground level spacious conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. Summer Winds B-235 is a spectacular 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Living Room has great ocean and pool views and is equipped with a 50" Flat Screen HDTV and DVD Player. Master Bedroom has Beautiful Cherry furniture with King size Bed, Dresser, and 32" Flat Screen HDTV. Master Bath has large granite vanity with two sinks and lots of storage. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. All beds are topped with wonderful Memory Foam mattresses. Property has four TVs, two smart TVs and 2 color cable TVs.
New bedding, rugs, and paint throughout this immaculately maintained unit!
Well-equipped kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances with full size Washer / Dryer. This relaxing unit has Plantation Shutters throughout to block out the light for those who like to sleep late!

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made (weekly stays only).
Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-night minimum stay (last minute or off-season only).
