Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members of your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only!

Ground-level spacious conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. Summer Winds A-318 is an Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Third Floor condo. The Living area has a Flat Screen TV & a covered deck with furniture. Dining area. Kitchen/Bar with microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk set and an additional twin bunk. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a Full Bath.
Amenities include 4 Cable TVs, DVD player, CD/Stereo. Dishwasher, Microwave, Answering Machine, Washer/Dryer. Covered deck. The Homeowners even provide Videos and Beach Chairs for you to enjoy during your vacation!
Total bedding includes 1 king, 1 queen, and 3 twins.
NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made! (Weekly stays only)
No Smoking.
No Pets.
Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 2-night minimum stay, off-season only.
