Completely updated condo, perfect view of the pool even from the kitchen! Gorgeous ocean view sights. This condo has some really special touches for anyone to love and enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything your family could need with new appliances and large sink. New washer and dryer. TV's in every room. This condo has a lot to offer for a vacation worth remembering. This condo is a beautiful, second-floor townhouse with a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean views. Directly across from Summerhouse are the Intracoastal Waterway, Fort Matanzas, and even more quiet, secluded beaches. Summerhouse is only a short 15 miles from downtown St. Augustine with all its fascinating history and charm as well as scores of wonderful restaurants, gift shops, pubs, and historic venues. One stay here and you will love this quieter side of St Augustine!

Condo #218

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our experience staying in this unit. It is our 2nd time staying in this condo. We regret it. Many issues need attention or to be fixed. We have let the main office know about a couple of issues but the owner does not respond. Kitchen is overflowing with too many dishes, stove top pans that need to be replaced. Terrible flatware and utensils. Tons of mugs, glasses and dishes. Feels like we're at a flea market. Over Stocked kitchen. Too many rugs. Have they ever been cleaned? Feels icky. All TV's need to be set up with the same channel network and updated remotes. Which we requested last year. Guest bedroom beds are very bad. Not meant for adult comfort. Owner still has not replaced the broken blind in the Master bedroom when we found it that way last year. The balcony table is way too large. We will not return to this unit or recommend it.
