This space is perfect for unwinding or entertaining, enhanced by a 55’’ smart TV with Netflix for your viewing pleasure. Unique décor elements throughout the room add a touch of individuality and charm. The open-plan living area flows seamlessly into the dining space, where a round table and four chairs await, offering a cozy spot for intimate dinners or engaging conversations over meals. The kitchen is a symphony of style and functionality, with wooden cabinets and white countertops creating a contemporary feel. Fully equipped with a blender, hot water kettle, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and gas stove, it has everything you need to indulge in culinary creations. Complete with dishes, silverware, cooking basics, wine glasses, and trash cans, it's ready for any gastronomic adventure. Retreat to the first bedroom, a serene haven featuring a king-size bed adorned with pristine white bed covers, nightstands with lamps, an armchair, table, built-in wardrobe, and a makeup vanity with a mirror.

The second bedroom, with two single beds, a nightstand with a lamp, and a desk with a chair, is equally peaceful and inviting, enhanced by tasteful plants and decorative elements. The bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, complete with a bathtub with a curtain glass, toilet, bidet, and washbasin. Enjoy the spa-like amenities, including toiletries, hot water, soap, towels, toilet paper, and a bathrobe, all provided for your utmost comfort. La Rive Tower 1 is a low-rise residential tower in Jumeirah. It is a part of the master project by Meeras, which is known as Port De La Mer. The building has six floors with 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom apartments. There are several facilities available in the complex, including a gymnasium, a swimming pool and eateries. The waterfront building also provides direct access to the beach. Port De La Mer is a residential project on the coast of Jumeirah. It consists of four complexes, namely La Voile, Sur La Mer, La Cote and La Rive. It features 1 to 5-bedroom apartments, townhouses and penthouses. There is construction outside the building which may cause noise and block views.
Prior To Arrival:

Before arriving to Dubai, please share all the guests’ passport information as per the Department of Tourism (DTCM) regulations in order to register your upcoming stay and avoid any unnecessary delays.

Check-in Procedure:
Check-in is from 3:00 pm on the date of your reservation.
AED 50 per hour for early check-in, subject to availability
