As you enter the house, you are welcomed by the bright open living area with a warmth ambiance brought by the fireplace. The living area leads to
the dining area which are great places to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

The spacious kitchen has been thoughtfully modernized with stainless steel appliances and ample storage which is perfect for someone who loves to cook and entertain. You can also pour a coffee and settle into the cozy breakfast nooks.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 55" Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a 42" Smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The guest house has a queen-sized bed a 65" TV with Apple TV, and a dedicated workspace setup available. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses.

Live for the outdoors of this home! Step outside and dip in the sparkling non-heated in-ground vinyl pool or gather around in the large backyard with an umbrella and outdoor table and seating. On warmer nights you can enjoy barbecuing in your own private backyard!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 200 Mbps, and a 50" Smart TV with Roku TV in the living area are all provided during your stay!

There are 2 tandem driveway spaces, free Street Parking, and a 220V EV charging outlet included!
