The residence is guest-friendly (visitors should be registered before midnight). Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence. Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).

Facilities include private parking, 2 swimming pools, 2 additional separate storage rooms, private beach. The property manager is available on-site, while we are always reachable by email or phone for any issue.

The rates include everything (cleanings, taxes, condominium fees, gardening, security, gas, water, garbage disposal, pool maintenance, internet connection, satellite TV, private parking for both car and bike etc.) except electricity.

All you need is included (kitchen and bathroom appliances, linen, towels, internet etc.) - just bring your luggage and enjoy the beach and the numerous tourist attractions in Sosua, Cabarete and Puerto Plata!
