About this property

Coppertop View - Wood-burning fireplace + hot tub!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, can sleep up to 10 guests - great for a family or friends. From king-size beds and a fully equipped kitchen to games and a wood-burning fireplace, this Smoky Mountain retreat has it all!

When you want to relax, climb into the bubbling outdoor hot tub for a soak, sit back in the rocking chairs with a drink, kick back in front of the big screen TV, or curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace on a cold mountain night. There are also TVs in the bedrooms - which include king beds and a queen futon with twin beds.

Play arcade games, toss steaks on the gas grill, toss clothes in the washer/dryer, enjoy seasonal mountain views, and enjoy summertime access to Chalet Village Resort amenities - including clubhouses with games, swimming pools, tennis courts, and fitness equipment.

Resort amenities, including community pools, are provided and managed through a third party — typically open mid-May through mid-September. Facilities are closed for maintenance on certain midweek days. Host is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or pool closures under any circumstances.

Usually, the North Clubhouse keeps its tennis court open year-round; however, this is not guaranteed. Tennis courts typically remain lit until midnight. We encourage you to bring your own tennis equipment.

Resort playgrounds are only available for kids 12 and under.

An access pass to use Chalet Village Resort amenities will be provided on a hook inside the property. Please remember to hang this back before your departure; otherwise, a $50 replacement fee will be charged.

Family Vacation

The property fit well for our group size and view of the Smokies were beautiful. The property itself was in disrepair and dirty. The previous renters had a dog within the cabin and the couches were covered in dog hair, we had to use the provided sheets over the couch to make it feel clean to sit on them. Stove handle and door came apart, no basic tools on site to attempt to fix it. We were able to fix the door with hand tools we happened to have in our vehicle. Bedsheets seemed clean, but noted day 2 in another bedroom sheets (room wasn’t used yet) noted blood on them. The basement king bed needs to be replaced. The only comfortable spot was the middle, either sides from that were so sunken in and soft made it miserable to sleep. The cabin floor just felt dirty and mop bucket with dirty mop head sitting in the bucket when we arrived in dining room. Dog hair noted throughout the cabin, swept daily to fell cleaner. Basement bathroom noted to have black mold forming on the cedar pillar to the shower. Minimum kitchen washcloths/towels to use for the week. No plug for kitchen sink. Dirty dishes noted in the dishwasher with minimal dishwasher soap for use. Hottub was noted to be “cleaned and sanitized” prior to our arrival. There was clumps of hair/etc floating or coming out of the floating filter. Communication was unacceptable. 20 min wait to talk with an agent. Emailed the 1st day with concerns, no response or offer to fix/reimburse issues.
