We do not provide snorkel gear, beach umbrellas or a beach blanket. There is no safe in this unit.
No daily maid service, additional cleaning, restock of starter items or linen changes are provided. The room is cleaned prior to your arrival & after your departure. Upon request, additional cleanings can be arranged in advance for an added fee.

PARKING: The Royal Kahana charges a daily parking fee of $18.00 + tax, which can be paid at the front desk upon check-in. This fee is not included in your quote.

BEACHES: The beach in front of the Royal Kahana may change in appearance and size due to seasonal ocean currents. Our homeowners association, along with Maui County and the State of Hawaii, are working to restore Kahana Bay. If beach access is not available on the property during fall and winter, a public beach is a short 5-minute walk away. Thanks for your understanding.
OCCUPANCY: This Rental Property may be occupied by no more than 4 persons. All persons: Adults, children and infants count toward the total number of occupants - no exceptions.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, the hallways on the 5th and 6th floors are undergoing spalling work. This process involves the repair of concrete surfaces that have been damaged due to moisture or age. While the lanais remain unaffected, the ongoing work creates a lot of noise within the unit, which may cause some inconvenience to the occupants.
