Private Room with adjacent private bathroom for guest only, has grey carpet, grey curtains, TV, wifi, table, lamp, dresser with welcome basket, and standing closet.

Guest has access to a room to store suitcases to free space in the bedroom. Listing is on ground floor, quiet building with my family.

Kitchen has a cooking area, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, refrigerator. (Stove pictured not in use)

Plates/ dishes/ glasses provided. Bathroom has towels. Linens provided for bed.

Well stocked supermarket is across from the 24hr laundry. Laundry is two blocks up.Train station is three blocks away and gets you to lower Manhattan in 20 minutes, and has both east side/ west side trains. Listing is 30 minutes from JFK Airport.

Nearby community track for jogging. 20 minute bus ride to shopping area and ocean pier! Bus is near supermarket. Very convenient listing. Major hospital is 4 blocks away.

Our listing is one of the lowest in Brooklyn! Please keep kitchen clean, conserve lights, and our house is tranquil, so please come with an attitude of peace and respect.

We have ADT security and property is owned by military veterans. Please respect our house rules, no guests, no parties, no drugs, rude or loud behavior.
