Small Dogs are Acceptable (20lbs or less) WITH OWNER APPROVAL There is a Non-Refundable Pet Fee of $200 per Pet. You must notify us at the time of Booking if you have a pet or pets you would like to bring so the fee (s) can be added to your cost. If you do not notify us and we find you brought a pet along, you will be asked to leave our Property immediately and will forfeit any Refund due for your shortened stay. This will be considered a Falsified Booking.

**Richeson Properties charges a third party fee if you book through VRBO and we also charge a credit card processing fee if you use a credit card to pay for your booking.

Parking Passes are acquired through Ocean Lakes once your Booking is Paid in Full. That is a separate cost and is paid directly to Ocean Lakes.
