New 2nd floor fashionable apartment with unique style. Located in Kastelia near to Amoopi Beach.

It has a big living room with a plasma T.V. , kitchen with cooking facilities ,refrigerator and dining table .The corridor drives to the bedrooms, two of them have double bed with air conditions and the other one has a single bed. The bedrooms have balcony with amazing sea view.

2 luxurious modern bathrooms, one with shower , one with bathtub a washing machine, and a hairdryer . The living room has also a spacious balcony with fantastic view of the Aegean, where you could also enjoy dining.

The Wi-Fi is free .

This area is famous for her beaches , diving centre and walking.
Karpathos Airport is 10 km away.

Karpathos port is 7 km away. Near to our property are located restaurants , cafe bars and mini markets.

Children and long term renters are welcomed.

Renting a car or bike is recommended.

Kastelia is a particularly small beach and yet one of the most impressive ones on the island surrounded by tall rocks. It is organized with umbrellas and sunbeds, since there is no natural shade. If you like hiking, then you can take time by the forelock and walk down the road that leads to Kastelia. Kastelia is also an amazing destination for divers. A reef located at the exit of Kastelia bay full of marine life with visibility in excess of 20m. Lots of overhangs and swimthroughs full of beautiful red sponges and spiral tube worms offer an easy and relaxing dive.

So happy !
We were so happy with this apartment ! Joanna did all the possible to please us and make sure we were totally comfortable. She left a cake, jams, water, fruits in the fridge wgen we arrived : in a word, she's the perfect Host . If back in Karpathos wouldn't hesitate to book again this wonderful apartment ! La proprietaria è una persona gentile e disponibile e ci ha dato indicazioni giuste per il nostro soggiorno sull’isola, l’appartamento è luminoso, comodo e ben curato, con lenzuola in raso di cotone ed asciugamani nuovi, arredi nuovi. Casa perfetta come base per esplorare l’isola....

Simply Wonderful
Thank you Joanna for a wonderful stay at your property. You treated us with such kindness and made us feel at home. The apartment was spotless and in perfect condition. Extremely spacious and comfortable. The views from the rooms are breathtaking! Joanna was so helpful with any questions we had. Convenient location close to many lovely beaches. Meraviglioso
Cinque anni fa ero già stata a karpathos tramite tour operator ed ho deciso di tornaci poiché rimasta affascinata dall'isola . L'appartamento e' davvero confortevole dotato di tutto da vari ricambi di asciugamani e lenzuola teli mare lavatrice detersivi vari .. inoltre la proprietaria , signora Joanna ci ha fatto trovare in frigo bevande , regalato olio ed aromi di produzione personale , disponibile ma discreta .. l'appartamento e' più bello che nelle foto ha due fantastici terrazzi vista mare ed e' Vicino alla spiaggia di Amoopi . Grazie Joanna !!

L'appartamento è bello con balcone che apre il panorama sul golfo di Amopi e l'altro sulla spiaggia di Agia Fotia, L'appartamento è comodo pulito e ben attrezzato e fornito di abbondante biancheria da letto da bagno e teli da spiaggia, insomma tutto quello che serve per ridurre il bagaglio al minimo. Proprietari attenti e disponibili.

La descrizione della casa e dei servizi offerti è conforme alla realtà. Pulizia impeccabile, immobile nuovissimo. Il soggiorno é stato reso ancora più gradevole dalla gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari Joanna e Panagiotis, padroni di casa impeccabili che ringraziamo di cuore. Logisticamente situata in posizione strategica, nei pressi di Pigadia, per raggiungere i luoghi di maggiore interesse.

A wonderful experience
Everything has been perfect: the sea is amazing and full of life (i also met a sea turtle). The house is beautiful and comfortable as it is described on the website, close to some of the most wonderful shores of the island. And, very important, the owners are perfect guests: they are kind and helpful and make you feel at home.
