About this property

Brand new, updated unit! You will be staying in a one-bedroom/full bath unit with your own family room and fully equipped kitchen. This unit has everything you need including a full-sized refigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, washer/dryer, 2 HD TV's, Youtube TV, Keurig, and high-speed internet. We even supply coffee! Super close to Augusta National, Daniel Field, Medical District and Fort Gordon on a VERY quiet street! It doesn't get any cozier!

You will be staying in the front half of a duplex. We have a full-time tenant in the back of the property. Please respect his pirvacy.

You will have full access to the front of the duplex. You will not share any portion inside the unit including full access to washer/dryer, full bath, and fully equipped kitchen.

I have a very short response time through Airbnb. I will gladly make my phone number available once booked.

Our home sits on a quiet street convenient to the medical district, VA hospital, University Hospital, and Augusta University Medical Center!

We are near Daniel Field as well as the bus line. Uber, Lyft, and other ride share services are readily available.
