Beautiful Brick Ranch Mins From Medical District
This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath ranch has everything you need for short and long-term stays including full laundry and a full-sized kitchen with plenty of storage! Our guests enjoy the full-sized stainless steel appliances as well as the full-sized laundry perfectly situated for your extended stays. The kitchen also offers a large eat-in kitchen and pantry for storage. There are two smart HDTV's including one in the master bedroom. We have plenty of parking and free High-Speed Wifi!
The fully finished basement is a complete apartment with it's own kitchen, full-sized laundry, and queen bed. There is a second family room in the basement with a Smart HDTV. The bedroom in the basement includes a queen-sized bed and desk for work. The full bathroom in the basement has a stand-up tiled shower.
I am readily available through the Airbnb app as well as through phone once booked. I live in Atlanta which is about three hours from Augusta. I do have local people around the Augusta area as needed depending on your situation.
