Wood floors, large 56 inch TV, WIFI, attached garage, enjoy all the luxuries of a fully equipped home. Built in 2014, you will not hear any neighbors inside this solidly built three floor condo. Very tall ceilings throughout, modern bathrooms, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen.

I’m Ingrid. I live with my husband, two small dogs, and cat named Tinkerbelle. We travel frequently for three and four months at a time and that is why I can offer my beautiful condo to others to enjoy when I’m not home!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood, called Northfield Village, is a beautifully kept modern gem located in North Boulder. It is far enough away from central Boulder to be quiet and safe, yet close enough to get anywhere within ten minutes. I love it!
What makes this property unique
This luxury condo is actually in a row home of eight modern units. The tall ceilings and separated bedrooms make this a perfect condo for privacy with a common floor to gather. I absolutely love the wooden floors and modern feel. The neighborhood is so safe that I can live in a city without worry.
