Close to Dordt University. Short walk to downtown (Casey's Bakery, Olivia's Bakery, Fruited Plain Cafe & Coffee, Sushi To You Restaurant, child friendly park), Siouxnami Waterpark, Fairgrounds, and multiple use trail. Comfortable yard with nice landscaping. This cute single level two bedroom, one bath, house easily sleeps 6 (5 adults). The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds. The living room has a queen futon/couch. Full bath. Washer/Dryer. Kitchen. Dining area. Adjustable height desk. Free Internet. Off street parking included (2 front, 2 alley). Detached garage available upon request. There are outside security cameras located in the front of house by the front door, the garage and the back. There are NO cameras inside the rental.

Cute and convenient location

Quick stay to visit our kids at Dordt. I love how close it was that We were able to walk to the school for different activities. Everything was clean and the kitchen was equipped. We did utilize the kitchen to cook a couple of meals. The kitchen could use a knife sharpener, slow cooker crockpot, and a vent above the stove.

Nice getaway near water park

We had a wonderful stay. I brought my three boys for the weekend and we enjoyed the waterpark every day. This is a small town and the neighborhood is nice. Great sushi and Chinese food nearby. There is beautiful landscaping, and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard. I would recommend this place highly. we had an issue with the air conditioner that was addressed right away. Great communication with host. Easy check in and check out. We plan to come here every year!

Nice little place!

We had a good stay. Very good communication with the property manager. Place was comfortable. The only real issues were that one bedroom door makes a very loud noise when you open it in the middle of the night, so we had to leave it ajar, and we had trouble figuring out the thermostat. The heat worked fine once we figured it out, but it is a Nest thermostat and definitely was not a set-it-and-forget-it. My kids appreciated the games. Nice landscaping!

This was a family home. I kept it because this is a friendly neighborhood and the home is comfortable.

What makes this property unique

This is a smaller home within a block of Dordt University's West side. Landscaping is unique. Back yard is cozy (see photos). Access to travel corridors is simple (at least when Highway 75 construction through Sioux Center is complete).
