Why they chose this property
Our neighborhood is beaver cleaver, if you've ever heard that term. Very friendly and safe. It is called Education Hill as all the schools are located within walking distance of each other. We also have a HUG soccer field area near us is Woodinville. Woodinville is known for St. Michelle Winery as well as several tasting rooms for a variety of other wineries.
