Casual Glamour on 20th is a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Pool Home that accommodates 8 guests. When entering this home you are met with distinctive prints and lively colors with lots of natural light. Living area is open and airy combining the kitchen, dining and living room with sliding doors leading to the pool. Furnishings provide style and elegance. The back yard is a perfect gathering spot! Large heated pool, a gas grill & outdoor dining table with umbrella. Pool loungers to soak up the Florida sun. You are just minutes away from sinking your toes into the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Make sure to catch the beautiful sunsets!

Master Bedroom: King size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, chair, sliding patio doors to pool area. Ensuite bathroom with step in shower and bench, single vanity
Bedroom #2: Queen size Murphy bed, Book shelf headboard, desk and chair. French style doors with shaker shutters.
Bedroom #3: 2 Queen size beds, Dresser, TV, night table, 2 chairs, bench. Washer and Dryer in closet

Guest Bathroom: Step in shower with bench, single vanity

Back Yard: Heated Pool, Dining table w/4 chairs and umbrella, gas grill, loveseat and 2 chairs, 4 pool loungers

Parking:
This property provides 3 parking spaces. There is no street parking.

​​​​​​​Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

The quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) has a nice array of local restaurants, retail and sweet shops. The home is close to Casa Italia, Guppy's On the Beach, Cafe De Paris Bakery, Gulf Waves Grill, Keegan's Seafood Grille, Chicago Jaqx, TJ's Italian Cafe, Beach shops and a salon. Brown Park is nearby and has a playground, basketball court, tennis court and a covered picnic area. The Indian Rocks Library is located beyond Kolb Park which is a sports park and playground. Splash Harbor Water Park on the south end of IRB offers a great place to have fun and cool off in the lazy river.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums. Enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
